Slow server – DNS or web hosting provider problem?

This website is hosted by Site5, but seems to be very slow. I dont know if it is the DNS that is maintained by Enom or if it is the server itself…but I am not very happy about it.

I will try to not go by my own Nameservers and use those Site5 provides to see if that helps.
